AIM AIR is a Christian missionary aviation team operating six aircrafts from two bases in east and central Africa. Our team of pilots, mechanics, avionics techs, media personnel, administrators and managers serve the needs of 50+ Christian organizations and missionaries.

These missionaries serve people in remote places, leaving them isolated and vulnerable. AIM AIR exists to provide critical air support that keeps missionaries safer and serving longer in Africa.

We fly so missionaries:

Can rest assured: One phone call is all it takes. From poisonous snakes to civil wars, missionaries in remote places can find themselves in need of immediate care. With one phone call AIM AIR can immediately begin an evacuation response – swiftly delivering an airplane to their backyard, ready to carry them to safety.

Stay Focused: Maximizing ministry time. When we deliver essential supplies, provide technology assistance, or repair a vehicle between flights, missionaries do not have to be distracted from their most important work. They can focus on people instead of problems.

Go the Distance: Serve longer and go farther. With the airplane as a lifeline, missionaries are no longer limited by time and distance. They become free to deepen relationships and impact hearts with the love of Christ so entire communities' change.

Networking, resources and recruiting for mission aviation ministries

Asas de Socorro operates an ANAC approved Part 145 Repair Station and a Part 142 approved flight school. This is in addition to 5 Cessna 200 series aircraft that we use to support missionaries, Bible translators, and local church leaders throughout Brazil's vast north.

Since 2008, Baptist Park Flight Camp has introduced 14–18-year-olds to missionary aviation through a one-week camp. We're asking God to raise up missionary aviators through our annual camp. We are a Brigade Air Legacy camp.

California Baptist University Aviation program's vision is to be a world-class state of the art aviation program graduating aviation professionals who think critically, communicate effectively, and lead ethically with excellence built on a strong Christian foundation.

Ethnos360 Aviation’s core purpose is to assist the church planting ministries of Ethnos360 and like-minded ministries through the use of aviation to achieve the goal of a thriving church for every people.

Our mission is to support pioneer church planting teams in the remotest regions of Brazil, Asia-Pacific, Papua New Guinea, Philippines and developing opportunities. These church planting teams spend 10 to 20 years immersing themselves in the language and culture of the people. The goal? To establish thriving groups of trained believers, Scripture in hand, who can in turn reach neighboring villages and beyond with the gospel. So, not only does Ethnos360 Aviation serve the initial church plant, but we continue flying the next generation indigenous missionaries through highly subsidized flying that supports their ministries at a price they can afford. We make ministry first, not the cost.

Flight 316's mission is to support efforts against the anti-trafficking crisis in America. We focus on flying rescued victims to Christ centered safe houses, while also providing flights to anti-trafficking leadership with the goal to help their organizations grow more efficiently and effectively. We are an equipping ministry and focus on training the next generation of local missions pilots.

We are the Georgia chapter for Pilots for Christ, Intl and host a variety of aviation outreach programs including a fully accredited aviation high school program at Eastside Christian School in Marietta, Georgia. Students attend a 2 semester private pilot ground school and fly a G-1000 flight simulator. At the end of the course, each student will earn an endorsement to take their FAA written exam. Students also have the ability to pursue their private pilots license and fly missions flights with Flight 316.

Flying Mission USA acts as the fiscal agent for FM personnel raising support in the United States. Vision: Gospel-centered missions strengthened to transform rural communities for Christ. WE SERVE to transform lives in our communities for Christ ​through aviation, training, and care ministries in Botswana, Zambia and the region.

Aviation Related Ministry

JAARS exists to make Bible translation and language development possible, especially in the most remote and difficult places on earth. Since 1948, we have provided logistical solutions and equipment to help linguists and translators work effectively in off-the-grid locations.

In particular, our focus is in four areas: transportation, technology, media, and training. Relative to missionary aviation, we provide partners like SIL and affiliates of the Wycliffe Global Alliance with aircraft, pilot and mechanic training, operating and safety standards, field operations support, parts supply, research & development, and more. We operate from the 550-acre JAARS Center and Townsend Field in North Carolina, conducting training at our own airport and a range of landing strips here and in the North Carolina mountains. Our aviation staff are involved in recruiting, training, aircraft maintenance, acquisition and preparation of aircraft for global partners, field needs assessment, and more. Insurance Broker

MASA is a hospitality ministry that supports IAMA organizations at Oshkosh’s EAA AirVenture by providing three meals a day at an on-grounds hospitality tent, providing housing in area homes, arranging for transportation needs to be met, and coordinating speaking opportunities for missionaries in area churches and community groups.

More than sixty churches are represented by the individuals and groups who serve with MASA as well as those who host missionary speakers. Thanks to the efforts of all our dedicated volunteers and supporters, it was calculated several years ago that MASA provided approximately $250,000 of value in services for the many missionaries that attended EAA. By God’s grace, our commitment to serving the mission aviation community at Oshkosh continues to this day.

We serve or work in partnership with dozen of organizations with the purpose to take the Gospel further along the communities in the Brazilian Amazon Basin. For it, we develope research projects, train people biblically, care for missionaries, deliver multimedia tools for evangelization and support missionaries with supplies. To reach most of the isolated localities we use small airplanes.

Impacting Remote Alaska with the Hope of Jesus Christ through Mission Aviation

Across the vast roadless wilderness of Alaska are hundreds of isolated villages where Americans live in third-world conditions. The rich native culture has been overwhelmed by rampant alcoholism, teen suicide, joblessness, and spiritual darkness.

The inhospitable terrain, depressing isolation, high cost of living, inadequate housing, bitter weather, and winter darkness only serve to compound the rapidly changing cultural standards.

Fostering true change is difficult for many villages due to the lack of connecting roads. Exposure and access to Christian influence and care is likewise limited and sadly, women and children are affected the most.

Less than 100 villages have any established evangelical church, pastor, or missionary presence, and many have no followers of Jesus Christ. When there is a pastor or missionary in the village, they are also isolated and cutoff from the normal spiritual and support networks typically afforded other Christian workers.

Pastors and missionaries in village churches are fighting an uphill battle to share Christ in meaningful ways to an increasingly hard-to-reach population.

Missionary Aviation Repair Center (MARC) has provided a lifeline of hope to these villages, strengthened the ministry of Christians, and expanded the reach of the Gospel across the Alaskan frontier since 1964.

Today, MARC has a fleet of airplanes that fly throughout western Alaska and even across the Bering Sea into eastern Russia. We provide affordable transportation services, training, and quality airplane maintenance for mission organizations through our own internal staff of missionary families who raise their own financial support to serve with MARC. We're privileged to serve God here.

Missionary Flight Training Center seeks to glorify God by providing at-cost flight training to missionary pilots.

MAFC operates a mission aviation program in Angola, Africa and a mission aviation training program in Canada. In addition they operate a technical innovation organization, and second technical missionary staff to a number of other mission aviation organizations.

Success in missions’ aviation depends on 1) discipleship and maturing in the Christian faith, 2) understanding missions aviation, 3) a heart for people, 4) competency as a pilot and/or mechanic, and finally, 5) a commitment to a community. This happens in a process we call, ReadySetGo! Mission Flight Group has specific resources to mentor pilots and mechanics in each step.

MMS provides aircraft maintenance for no labor charge to mission organizations, and trains apprentices to staff field programs as pilots and mechanics.

OHA MISSIONS INC is a 501(C3) created to reach every unreached village on the planet with a mixture of conventional and advanced air mobility aircraft. Our first effort is partnering with and strengthening the global mission aviation community with new technology and then look forward to providing surge capabilities for aerial logistics during natural disasters and revival. OHA MISSIONS INC is partnering with Orb Aerospace Inc for Advanced Air Mobility and open to receiving financial and aircraft donations for disaster relief and humanitarian aid missions.

Preferred Airparts is a leading supplier of aircraft parts for puddle jumpers to jets. Cessna and Piper parts are still the mainstays at Preferred but we have many new surplus parts for nearly anything that flies. Preferred Airparts also has a fabric division as which is known for providing great fitting pre-sewn fabric envelopes and Polyfiber, Ceconite, and Randolph material.

SOAR exists to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ to the people of Russia & Abkhazia by coming alongside of, encouraging, and equipping Russian believers to reach their own people for Christ. Recently SOAR has begun ministry with refugees from Ukraine both in Moldova and in Ukraine itself.

TECH Team is comprised of a team of professionals serving like-minded Christian organizations and churches, in the states and around the world.

We assist Christian ministries to help them complete the good work that Christ has “prepared in advance” for them to do (Ephesians 2:10). Our team of support-based, self-fund-raising missionaries, missionary volunteers, and missionary interns utilize a wide variety of technical skills and training.

Things Above Project exists to support and expand Christian Great Commission efforts in and around the Central African region through the tool of aviation by offering transport, community care, and education.

UIM Aviation provides logistic support to missionaries, Mexican and native pastors, and medical personnel who are ministering to the isolated tribal people of Mexico.
